Nieuw in het programma van Ortofon zijn twee referentie toonarmen, een model AS-212R van 9 inch en een model AS-309R van 12 inch. Deze toonarmen zijn het resultaat van tientallen jaren ervaring en expertise op het gebied van audioweergave. Alle onderdelen van de toonarmen zijn geüpgraded met materiaal dat zorgvuldig is gekozen om ongewenste trillingen en vervorming te minimaliseren, waardoor optimale prestaties kunnen worden gehaald.
De precisie en duurzaamheid van elk onderdeel in beide modellen zorgen voor vele jaren luisterplezier op bijzonder hoog niveau. Wij zien deze armen als opvolgers van de bekende Jelco armen, die al enige jaren niet meer leverbaar zijn. Kompleet met high purity OFC arm kabel, afneembaar door de universele 5-polige DIN connector, kabellengte 1,2 m.

Moreover, each tonearm comes with the premium Ortofon 6NX-TSW-1010 Tonearm cable (high purity OFC) and includes two counterweight options, allowing it to fit a wide range of cartridges from the Ortofon Concorde Series to the SPU Series, including all cartridges mounted on a suitable headshell. The 5-pole DIN tonearm socket ensures you can use a other tonearm cables, making the Reference tonearm even more versatile and user-friendly.
The tonearm is statically balanced, simplifying needle pressure adjustment by setting the weight and an easy-to-set anti-skating feature. Furthermore, the tonearm is built to fulfill Baerwald alignment resulting in minimum tracking error.
